Three major concepts of the State Administration of Taxation’s tax services

First, establish the concept of "on-demand" service. Taking the needs of taxpayers as the starting point, we provide them with various tax-related services; secondly, we establish an "unlimited" service concept. Continuously expand and extend the service content and scope, collect and organize problems in tax services and rectify them in a timely manner to meet the needs of taxpayers to the maximum extent; third, establish the "efficiency" service concept. Set the time limit for tax service operations to reduce tax costs and ensure that taxpayers can complete tax-related matters conveniently, efficiently and quickly.
