What regulations should the temporary rescue site on the construction site meet?

The setting of temporary fire rescue site on the construction site shall meet the following requirements:

1, temporary fire rescue site should be set up in the decoration stage of the project under construction;

2, temporary fire rescue site should be set in the long side group temporary housing site and long side in the construction plan;

3. The width of the temporary rescue site should meet the requirements of normal operation of fire engines, and should not be less than 6 meters, and the clear distance from the scaffolding outside the project under construction should not be less than 2 meters and should not exceed 6 meters;

4. Around the construction site should be set up in accordance with the provisions, continuous airtight fence; Multi-storey and high-rise buildings should also be equipped with safety protection facilities. The enclosure height of main urban sections, urban landscape roads, airports, docks and station squares shall not be less than 2.5 meters, and the enclosure height of other sections shall not be less than 1.8 meters;

5, Dang Wei materials should ensure that the fence is stable, clean and beautiful. On the site of municipal engineering projects, guardrails can be set up according to the progress of the project or unified continuous guardrail facilities can be used in accordance with regulations. The construction unit shall not pile up building materials, garbage and engineering dregs outside the fence of the construction site;

6, when the conditions of the construction site, surrounding walls, dormitory walls and other places, must be hung and written to reflect the entrepreneurial spirit, the style of the times eye-catching publicity slogans. Where slogans and publicity materials are set above the enclosure, they shall be set in accordance with the scope, location, quantity, specifications, content and time limit approved by the municipal administrative department.

The relevant provisions of Article 1 of the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects:

(a) in order to strengthen the quality management of construction projects, ensure the quality of construction projects and protect the safety of people's lives and property;

(two) who is engaged in the construction, expansion, reconstruction and other related activities in People's Republic of China (PRC), the supervision and management of the quality of construction projects, must abide by these regulations. The term "construction project" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the civil engineering, construction engineering, installation engineering and decoration engineering of lines, pipelines and equipment;

(three) the construction units, survey units, design units, construction units and project supervision units shall be responsible for the quality of construction projects according to law.
