Retired after marriage or military marriage?

After a soldier leaves the army, it is not a military marriage. Military marriage is defined as marriage with active servicemen. Military marriage is a marriage with active servicemen. Military marriage, which is protected by national laws, destroys the family marriage relationship of active servicemen and should be severely cracked down by criminal law. A marriage relationship in which both husband and wife or one of them is an active soldier. Servicemen refer to those who serve in China People's Liberation Army or People's Armed Police Force and have military status. Retired soldiers, demobilized soldiers, demobilized soldiers and employees of military units who do not have military status are all non-active soldiers, and their marriage relationship cannot be treated as military marriage. Article 259 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention if he knowingly cohabites or marries a soldier's spouse. Whoever rapes a soldier's wife by taking advantage of his power shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 236 of this Law.
