Most scholars discuss the narrow sense of cultural conflict, which refers to the process of mutual conflict and mutual exclusion between different forms of corporate culture or cultural elements, which is concentrated in the differences of people's analysis angle, thinking mode and evaluation criteria. Corporate culture conflict is the embodiment of the conflict between internal mechanism and rules and regulations, and it is also the psychological conflict of employees in the organization.
