Can military personnel have priority in medical treatment?

Active military personnel, military dependents and other preferential treatment recipients can have priority in registration, medical treatment, medicine collection, examination and hospitalization. For medical treatment in some hospitals under the military system, the vouchers of active duty military personnel and military dependents are given priority to the five people from the bottom of the queue, while the vouchers of retired disabled military personnel are given priority to the first five people from the back of the queue!
