Years of planting, production and operation

The new "Seed Law" combines the two certificates of seed production and operation license, and the validity period is 3 years.

People's Republic of China (PRC) Seed Law is a law formulated to protect and rationally utilize germplasm resources, standardize variety selection, seed production, operation and management, protect the rights of new plant varieties, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of seed producers, operators and users, improve seed quality, promote seed industrialization, develop modern seed industry, ensure national food security and promote the development of agriculture and forestry.

20211On February 24th, the 32nd meeting of the 13th NPC Standing Committee in People's Republic of China (PRC) adopted the Decision of the NPC Standing Committee on Revision, which came into effect on March 24th, 2022.
