This competition has four events, including team competition (car secondary maintenance operations, wheel alignment) and basic car maintenance skills, body repair (sheet metal), and body painting (painting) Individual competition.
(1) Team competition (the competition is divided into theoretical part and practical part)
1. Theoretical examination (80 questions, full score: 100 points, accounting for 20 of the total score)
(1) Exam content: mainly laws and regulations, professional ethics, safety regulations and professional basic knowledge.
(2) Exam question types: 40 true-false questions (1 point each), 30 single-choice questions (1 point each), 10 multiple-choice questions (3 points each).
(3) Exam time: 90 minutes.
(4) Examination method: Computer examination (contestants each have a computer and use the keyboard or mouse directly on the computer to make judgments and choices).
2. Practical competition (full score: 100 points, accounting for 80 of the total score)
***Two items, divided into:
(1) Second-level maintenance work items (50 points)
Including actual operations, fault inspections and operating specifications, etc. Second-level maintenance operations are conducted in accordance with the national standard "Technical Specifications for Automobile Maintenance, Inspection and Diagnosis" (GB/T18344) and combined with the Toyota Corolla sedan (GL 1.6 AT) 40,000-kilometer maintenance procedures for practical assessment.
Game time: 35 minutes.
Competition vehicle: Toyota Corolla sedan (GL 1.6 AT).
(2) Wheel alignment project (50 points)
Including wheel alignment detection, analysis and judgment (no actual alignment adjustment), etc. The wheel alignment operation shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant requirements of the equipment operation manual, competition model maintenance manual and the process of the work list, and a record sheet shall be filled in to complete a fault analysis and wheel alignment adjustment plan.
Game time: 35 minutes.
Competition work vehicle: Toyota Camry sedan (work technical requirements have nothing to do with the car model).
The basic conditions for competition vehicles are as follows:
① The four wheel bearings must be qualified, with normal clearance and no looseness or deformation.
②The height values ??of the four wheels are qualified and meet the positioning requirements.

(2) Individual Competition
1. Basic skills of automobile maintenance (the competition is divided into theoretical part and practical part)
(1) Theory test (80 questions, full score: 100 points, accounting for 20 of the total score)
① Exam content: mainly laws and regulations, professional ethics, safety regulations and professional basic knowledge.
②Examination question types: 40 true-false questions (1 point each), 30 single-choice questions (1 point each), 10 multiple-choice questions (3 points each).
③Examination method: Computer examination (contestants each have a computer and use the keyboard or mouse directly on the computer to make judgments and choices).
④Examination time: 90 minutes.
(2) Practical competition (full score: 100 points, accounting for 80 of the total score)
***Two items are divided into:
①Single Disassembly, assembly and measurement of cylinder piston connecting rod group: Disassemble and assemble the three piston rings of the specified piston connecting rod group; measure the cylinder diameter, piston diameter and the first piston ring end clearance and side clearance (excluding connecting rod thrust clearance and There is an oil gap between the large and small ends of the connecting rod, and the connecting rod and piston are not decomposed); fill in the measurement record form and make a judgment.
② Automobile fault diagnosis: Carry out fault diagnosis on the designated system. The fault scope includes the three parts of the Corolla sedan engine control system, CAN communication system and lighting system. The faults include faults with fault codes and faults without fault codes.
③Competition time: Competitors compete according to the order of drawing lots. The total time for a single person is 60 minutes.
Among them: single-cylinder piston connecting rod assembly disassembly and measurement 30 minutes;
Automobile fault diagnosis 30 minutes.

②Examination question types: 40 true-false questions (1 point each), 30 single-choice questions (1 point each), 10 multiple-choice questions (3 points each).

④Examination time: 90 minutes.
(2) Practical part: (full score is 100 points, accounting for 80 of the total score)
① Body electronic measurement and correction (time is 40 minutes/person).
②Resistance spot welding (time 25 minutes/person).
③Gas shielded welding (time 25 minutes/person).
④Repair damaged door panels (time 40 minutes per person).
