2. Research status of fire fighting robot.

Al Haza, a Saudi scholar, proposed and developed a new concept indoor fire fighting robot. The fire fighting robot can climb stairs and run normally in various indoor environments. Adopting multiple insulation technology, it can withstand the high temperature of 700℃ for 60 minutes. It can communicate with people trapped and injured in the fire, send video and audio information to the remote controller, and transmit the fire environment information in the building. At the same time, based on the communication algorithm, multiple fire-fighting robots can be controlled by the remote controller to work cooperatively. The research of fire fighting robot started late. From the end of 20th century to the beginning of 20th century, the concept of fire fighting robot was introduced and the corresponding research was carried out. In 2002, the fully functional fire-fighting robot developed by Shanghai Fire Research Institute, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Fire Bureau passed the acceptance of the National Natural Science Foundation.
