In order to improve the system of punishing and preventing corruption in the field of administrative law enforcement and optimize the development environment, our city has sorted and standardized the current municipal administrative penalties. After strict examination and demonstration, the municipal government decided to continue to implement 2,864 municipal administrative punishment items (code * * * 4,282), cancel or suspend the implementation of 19 items, adjust to 19 daily supervision measures, and delegate 151 items to the county (city) district (see the attached table, omitted).
