UHV: the highlight of "new infrastructure"

UHV consists of 1000 kv and above AC and 800 kv and above DC transmission. It has the comprehensive advantages of long distance, large capacity, low loss and less land occupation, and is known as the "direct flight" of electric power transportation.

Recently, China Nengjian Gezhouba Electric Power Company participated in the construction of the national "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" key project-the Henan section of the northern Shaanxi-Hubei 800 kV UHV DC transmission line project successfully passed the tower erection and order change acceptance, which marked that the project entered the key stage of pay-off construction in the later stage of construction. At present, the company's special UHV large-scale pay-off equipment has come into play one after another, and the preparation for pay-off construction is being carried out in an orderly manner.

As a power company that has undertaken UHV projects such as Yunguang 800 kV DC, 800 kV Suidong Converter Station and Shaanxi Lake 800 kV DC, it has the special qualification of general contracting of power engineering and the first-class design qualification of power industry, and has become an important member of the new infrastructure UHV under the deployment of Gezhouba Group's "Big Power".

Ten years of hard work

"From 2009, when the company undertook the first Yunnan-Guangzhou 800 kV DC transmission line project to 20 19 Shaanxi-Lake 800 kV DC transmission line project, the owner of our UHV project moved from China Southern Power Grid to State Grid, and the single contract amount was greatly increased from18.59 million yuan to152.94 million yuan. The cross-sectional diameter of line conductor is doubled from 630mm to 1250mm, and the construction capacity of UHV line of Gezhouba Electric Railway Corps is significantly enhanced. The Yunguang UHV DC transmission project, which won the National Gold Award for Quality Engineering and the National Special Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress, is the first 800 kV UHV DC transmission project in the world. It consists of five parts: Chuxiong converter station, Suidong converter station, DC line, grounding electrode and grounding electrode lines on both sides. It starts from Chuxiong in Yunnan in the west and ends in Guangzhou in Guangdong in the east, with a transmission distance of 1.373 km. The completion and commissioning of this project indicates that China has occupied the commanding heights of the world in the field of DC drive.

Gezhouba Power Company has undertaken the Yunguang ±800kV DC transmission line project and the Suidong converter station project at the receiving end. 10 years ago, on June 30th, the 20th and 2nd1sections undertaken by Gezhouba Power Company were put into unipolar operation. Hu Qunfeng, then project manager of Suidong converter station, said that Suidong converter station was the first 800 kV converter station in China and even in Asia at that time. During the construction, we worked out the construction scheme of converter transformer foundation and firewall in 1 2 extremely low-end valve hall, which China Southern Power Grid is very concerned about, effectively arranged the construction period and resource input, and successfully achieved the goal of 6.30 firewall capping.

"The line engineering tower is high, the equipment is heavy, the line is long, and there are many spans. When conditions permit, many line crossing projects have implemented power outages, closed networks and live crossings. " Ai Hua, chief engineer of Yunguang DC UHV line project, recalled.

"As a demonstration project of UHVDC transmission project, this project has laid a foundation for the construction of more UHVDC projects in the future and the implementation of a longer distance, larger capacity and higher efficiency power transmission from the west to the east. It has provided a demonstration and reference for the construction of HVDC transmission projects in the world and has embarked on a road of sustainable development of power transmission and transformation technology with China characteristics. It is undoubtedly a kind of luck to participate in such a major project construction. Up to now, the company has won 35 national electric power industry and provincial scientific and technological progress awards, 6 electric power quality projects, 5 national construction methods, 27 provincial construction methods, 99 national patents, 7 software copyrights, 2 national standards, and national and industry standards 10, firmly standing in the ranks of national' high-tech enterprises'. Set sail again

Niu, the project manager, said at the tower installation site of Shaanxi-Lake 800 kV DC transmission line project (Chongqing No.5 bid section): We finished the foundation pouring work at the end of June, and the conditions for tower switching were met at the end of July, and the tower was assembled in September, which successfully entered the pay-off stage.

Shaanxi-Lake 800 kV DC transmission project starts from Shaanxi-Shaanxi converter station and ends at Hubei-Wuhan converter station, passing through Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan and Hubei provinces. The total length of the line is 1 137 km, and it is planned to be completed and put into operation in 20021year. After the completion of the project, it can effectively alleviate the long-term contradiction between power supply and demand in Hubei and Central China, improve the power transmission capacity and intensive development level of power generation industry in Shaanxi Province, promote the resource development of the old revolutionary areas in northern Shaanxi, get rid of poverty and become rich, and promote the healthy and sustainable economic development in northern Shaanxi.

Qu Feng, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the labor union, said that the Shaanxi-Lake 800 kV DC transmission line project (Henan Section 5) is located at the junction of Henan and Hubei, and it is extremely difficult to coordinate compensation. 60% of the tower foundations are located in mountainous areas, so it is difficult to transport materials. Since the project resumed work at the beginning of the year, both epidemic prevention and production have been paid equal attention to. The basic handover work was completed in April 2065438+2009, and the tower was formally assembled in May.

"The tower foundation is poured in the mountainous area. The staff of the project department got up at four o'clock in the morning and hurried. They walked for two hours to reach the tower site in the mountain area. It takes nearly 20 hours to give generously, and they usually return to the station at 3 am. " Qiu Wei, safety director of Shaanxi-Lake Project Department, said: "The erection and setting-out of iron towers are high-risk operations of transmission lines. Before construction every day, the management personnel of the operation layer arrive at the site in advance to check the main mechanical instruments and components such as wire ropes, pulleys, poles, etc., to ensure that the site is safe and controllable, and to ensure that hidden dangers are clearly investigated and measures are in place; Only under the premise of ensuring safety can we' make a project, build a monument, make a group of friends, expand a market and cultivate a group of talents'. "

Ten years of hard work, then set sail. Combined with the recently released white paper "Development and Investment Opportunities of UHV Industry in New Infrastructure", this paper analyzes the UHV industry in China from the perspectives of industrial structure, development status and development trend, and puts forward some development suggestions. The white paper predicts that by 2022, the total investment scale driven by China UHV industry and its upstream and downstream related supporting links will reach 41400 million yuan; By 2025, the total investment scale of UHV industry and its driving industries will reach 587 billion yuan.
