This year, my parents took me back to the countryside to celebrate the Spring Festival. Along the way, I saw that the small trees on the mountain were broken by the weight of ice and snow, and the branches of the big trees were gone and they were bare. Recently, I have learned more about ice and snow disasters from TV news and online news pictures. It turns out that this ice and snow is a rare natural disaster that even adults have never seen. This time the ice and snow brought huge disasters to more than a dozen southern provinces. In many places, electricity and transportation were cut off, water and electricity were cut off, people couldn't watch TV programs, and people working outside were unable to go home to reunite with their families. Such ice and snow is so ruthless!

Among the news pictures of fighting against ice and snow disasters, the ones that moved me the most were the electric power workers! In order to clear the lines and restore power as soon as possible, they did not go home to celebrate the New Year or reunite with their families.
