What are the construction requirements for dynamically compacted foundation treatment?

1. Before dynamic compaction, a comprehensive inspection of the lifting equipment, rigging rings, etc. should be carried out, and trial lifting and tamping should be carried out to check the stress conditions of each part. If everything is normal, dynamic compaction can be carried out. . Before starting the machine every day, you should check whether all parts of the crane machinery are normal and whether the wire rope is worn or not. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with in time.

2. Masts and other strong compaction equipment should be checked frequently to see if they are stable and whether there is any subsidence on the ground. The bottom of the mast should be padded with 80~100mm wooden boards.

3. The hammer machine must be stopped and the pit position must be properly aligned before the forced compaction operation can be carried out. When lifting the rammer, the sling must be kept straight; the lifting rammer or hook must not bump into the boom, and scrap car tires should be hung at the appropriate position for protection.

4. After the rammer is lifted, no one is allowed to stand within 15m under the boom and rammer, and no one is allowed to pass within the rotation radius of the boom. Non-staff members should stay 30m away from the compaction point, and on-site operators should wear safety helmets.

5. The speed of lifting the rammer should not be too fast, and it should not stay at high altitude for too long. It is forbidden to rise and fall suddenly to prevent the tamper from falling; when the operation is stopped, the tamper must not be hung at high altitude.

6. During the ramming process, the pit wall should be checked at any time for possible collapse, and protective measures should be taken if necessary.

7. In order to reduce the shaking and rebound of the boom when the rammer falls, a bulldozer cable should be used as a ground anchor in front of the crane.

8. Set up warning slogans and lines around the construction site, hang warning signs, and have warning lights at night.

9. When performing strong compaction operations in dry weather, water should be sprinkled near the compaction point to reduce dust. The crane should be equipped with a protective cover, and the operating driver should wear protective glasses to prevent flying stones and soil from breaking the cab glass and injuring people when the weight falls.
