8.4. 1? Semi-trailer tractors should be equipped with body reflective signs above the rear of the cab, which can reflect the width and height of the cab. Other trucks (except multi-purpose trucks), special operation vehicles and trailers with modified truck chassis (except special operation vehicles and trailers with qualified vehicle tail sign plates and RV trailers) should be equipped with body reflective signs at the rear.

The reflective marking of the rear body should reflect the height and width of the rear part of the motor vehicle, the van and trailer should reflect the outline of the cargo compartment, and the sum of the areas of the primary reflective marking material and the rear reflector should be greater than or equal to 0. 1m2, and the sum of the areas of the secondary reflective marking material and the rear reflector should be greater than or equal to 0.2m2.

8.4.2? All trucks (except semi-trailer tractors and multi-purpose trucks), special operation vehicles with modified truck chassis and trailers (except RV trailers) shall be provided with body reflective signs on the side. The length of the reflective mark on the side body should be greater than or equal to 50% of the vehicle length, 1.2m for three-wheeled vehicles, 30% for special operation vehicles with modified truck chassis without continuous plane on the side body structure, and 50% for trucks less than the vehicle length.

Provisions on motor vehicle registration:

Article 56? In any of the following circumstances, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall give a warning or impose a fine of 200 yuan:

(1) Heavy-duty and medium-sized trucks and their trailers are not painted with amplification numbers according to regulations or the amplification numbers are unclear;

(two) motor vehicle spraying, sticking logo or body advertising, affecting safe driving;

(three) trucks and trailers are not equipped with side and rear lower protective devices and affixed with reflective signs;

"Regulations on Handling Procedures for Road Traffic Safety Violations" stipulates that:

Article 41? If the violator is given a warning or a fine of less than 200 yuan, the summary procedure may be applied.

If the violator is fined above 200 yuan (excluding), suspended or revoked the motor vehicle driver's license, the general procedure shall apply. If there is no need to take administrative compulsory measures, the on-site traffic police will collect and fix relevant evidence and make a notice of handling illegal acts.

If the violator is punished by administrative detention, it shall be executed in accordance with the procedures of the public security organ for handling administrative cases.
