Based on the above considerations, to highlight our school-based characteristics, we must first study the actual situation of the school. Guangdong Experimental Middle School is a provincial key middle school directly under the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, the first batch of national demonstration ordinary high schools in Guangdong Province, and the first batch of schools with excellent teaching level in ordinary high schools in Guangdong Province. Students generally have excellent grades, good conduct and high comprehensive quality. The educational goal of the school is to cultivate students into "four excellent" talents with excellent moral character, excellent academic performance, elegant manners and good habits.

This means that as the only full-time psychological teacher in the high school campus, my job is not only to serve a few students who are psychologically confused, but also to cultivate better talents for the school with psychological principles and methods. Combined with the actual situation of our school, to achieve the above-mentioned psychological education goals, we should not only do a good job in regular psychological classes, lectures, individual counseling and so on.
