As one of the nine departments of the Young Volunteers Pioneer Team, the Cultural and Art Troupe is mainly responsible for organizing, planning and operating various large-scale cultural and sports activities inside and outside the team, and assisting Majia Cultural Station to hold various cultural performances, aiming at enriching the campus, enriching students' lives, discovering campus literary and artistic talents, and shouldering the heavy responsibility of improving the spiritual and cultural life level of Majia people. We always adhere to the voluntary principle of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress" and the service purpose of "keeping love on campus forever and contributing to society with true feelings", and earnestly carry out a series of activities integrating artistry, appreciation and education, and effectively serve the spiritual civilization construction of our team, injecting laughter into every corner of the vest. At the same time, actively create quality activities, broaden our service scope, keep up with the flavor of the times, carry forward the main theme, actively reflect the achievements of our team's cultural construction, create a good artistic atmosphere, and actively do a good job in the internal construction of the department, improve the departmental functions and departmental culture of the art troupe, and make due contributions to our team with more efficient and high-quality operation and management mode. The program planning group is the core of the art troupe, which is mainly responsible for training in literature and art, preparing programs for various parties and activities, and selecting presenters. The program planning group is mainly divided into the following four groups.

a, host group: we will train and select the host from the aspects of typhoon, pronunciation and adaptability.

b, dance training: we will rehearse dances regularly, and we will rehearse different styles of dances according to different activities, including: friendship, street dance, folk dance, hand language dance, etc.

C. Vocal music training: We not only train students in singing skills, but also regularly train professional students in musical instruments.

d, sketch training: we will also prepare all kinds of sketch plays, etc., so that students can participate in the performance together and feel the happiness. We will perform for various activities according to the usual rehearsed programs, and perform cultural performances regularly. The liaison group in the team is not only responsible for making the major departments have fellowship in the team, promoting the deepening of the feelings of the major departments, but also allowing everyone to cooperate with each other to create a warm volunteer family. At the same time, we also communicate with retired veteran cadres to let them know about the development of our volunteers. The liaison group in the team mainly has the following matters:

A. Making electronic journals: Electronic journals are mainly for volunteer cadres, including retired veteran cadres, and school teachers to watch: let them know about various activities organized by our volunteers. Electronic journals are mainly produced once every two months, and special editions will be produced according to different situations. Of course, we will provide all interested students with e-journal training, including not only the training of making e-journal software ie-book, but also the training of computer technology such as Meitu, PS and flash, which will make e-journal more exquisite. Of course, we will also carry out training in text editing.

b, carry out fellowship within the team: we will hold regular activities such as dinners, performances and outings to promote the feeling of various departments, and also communicate with retired veteran cadres. Let them always feel the warmth of our volunteers.

c, we will also conduct training on planning books and organize activities. Cultural station is a place full of cultural flavor, which can not only cultivate sentiment, but also make our weekend more fulfilling.

Nine-color deer and Sunshine Painting and Calligraphy Club are set up here, and we will hold teaching assistant activities on weekends for two days and four time periods: Nine-color deer is on Saturday (one day), and Sunshine Painting and Calligraphy Club is on Saturday afternoon and Sunday (one day). The main service content is to assist teachers to help children complete the learning tasks of the day. The contents offered are: calligraphy, painting, handcraft and watercolor. And will regularly cooperate with Majia Cultural Station to help them complete various cultural performances.
