The construction of study style should first consider how teachers attract students to the classroom, which is the problem of "teaching". According to Jingfa, the School of Humanities and Development is gradually taking a series of measures to improve the quality of "teaching" in the case of relatively weak teachers. On the reward mechanism, the School of Humanities and Development mainly focuses on scholarship evaluation and the construction of excellent study style classes, and strives to create a learning atmosphere in the whole hospital. Regarding the evaluation of scholarships, Jing Fa said: "The evaluation of scholarships in our college has been adjusted since 2004, breaking the egalitarianism of taking classes as the unit in the past, but taking all students of the same grade and major as the competition unit, which is of great benefit to students to carry out style competition in classes." The School of Humanities and Development also has its own characteristics in building excellent study style classes. According to Jingfa, since 2004, the college has expanded the proportion of excellent study style classes from 20% to 60%, with the top 20% being excellent study style classes at the school level and the last 40% being excellent study style classes at the college level. Classes rated as excellent academic style classes at college level can get a one-time bonus from 600 yuan, while college-level classes will get bonuses ranging from 200 to 300 yuan in addition to school awards. This has greatly increased the construction effect of excellent study style classes.

In terms of "management", Jingfa said that the Institute of Population Development has set up a random inspection team, which is mainly composed of party committees, youth league committees, student unions, class teachers, student assistants and student party member. It regularly and irregularly inspects classrooms and dormitories, focusing on random inspections of dormitories, and carefully records random inspections and directly links them with rewards and punishments of classes and individuals. Jingfa said that some people think that it is unnecessary for college students to "manage", but from the actual situation, "manage" is necessary, no matter what it is absolutely impossible, the problem that needs to be discussed is how to manage, not whether to manage it.
