Application:

Welding shielding gas. As a shielding gas in the welding process, argon can avoid the burning loss of alloy elements and other welding defects caused by it, thus making the metallurgical reaction in the welding process simple and easy to control and ensuring the high quality of welding.

Through the laser remelting test of HT250 gray cast iron, the formation mechanism of porosity in the remelting zone of the sample under different atmosphere protection conditions was studied. The results show that the pores in the remelting zone are precipitation pores under the protection of argon. Under the open condition, the pores in the remelting zone are precipitation pores and reaction pores.
