After the project starts, the construction unit shall confirm the monthly salary of the general contracting enterprise in a timely manner in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Contract and the Management Agreement on Separate Accounts of Construction Projects, and fully allocate the progress payment of the salary project to the special account for wages.

The construction unit and the general contractor shall ensure that the funds in the special account for the wages of migrant workers are sufficient to pay the wages of migrant workers. If the funds in the special account for wages are less than the wages payable to migrant workers, the construction unit and the general contractor shall make up in time according to their corresponding responsibilities.
