Main training activities

Combined with practice, the five "hundred percent" innovations in training courses are inevitable products of the new era, involving map use, shooting theory and firearms calibration, the first three exercises in Trojan horse grass-roots battalion company, three or four exercises in single parallel bars, teaching group training and so on. The total training time is 20 days, which is to produce the highest efficiency in the shortest time, so that each player can master more skills and abundant physical fitness.

At present, eleven people have been eliminated, and the competitive pressure is very great, which has caused a great impact on each player's heart.
