Hello, teachers, the topic of my speech today is "My favorite little animal". I will talk about it from six aspects: teaching material analysis, analysis of learning situation, teaching objectives, teaching methods, teaching process and teaching evaluation. Therefore, I design the teaching focus of this class: I can fully mobilize my observation and accumulation, grasp the shape and action characteristics of small animals in order or describe small animals with specific examples to express my true feelings.

Second, the analysis of learning situation

After investigation, students in our class especially like small animals. Many students keep dogs, kittens and other animals at home, and feel very close to animals. Students show their love for animals. The writing level of the fourth grade students in primary school is obviously improved compared with the lower grade students, and they have certain foundation and experience in word accumulation, observation and imagination. However, it is still difficult for students to master the shape and action characteristics of small animals and describe them in a certain order, and at the same time, to choose novel materials. Therefore, I have determined that the teaching difficulties of this class are: guiding students to broaden their writing ideas, learning novel materials and writing true feelings.

Third, the teaching objectives

Based on the above two considerations, I set the goal of the composition guidance course as follows:

1. I can fully mobilize my observation and accumulation, grasp the characteristics or specific examples of the shapes and actions of small animals, describe a small animal I like in a certain order, and express my true feelings.
