Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth progress of undergraduate enrollment in schools and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education on enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities, and in combination with the actual situation of schools.

Article 3 school profile: Xi International Studies University is one of the earliest four foreign language colleges established in New China, an ordinary institution of higher learning with a complete range of foreign languages in the northwest, an important foreign language talent training base in the western part of the country, a key high-level university in Shaanxi Province, a doctoral degree awarding unit, and a batch of non-fluent language enrollment institutions in advance. It has the qualification to recommend outstanding undergraduates to study for a master's degree without examination.

Article 4 Type of running a school: public full-time ordinary colleges and universities.

Article 5 Level of running a school: undergraduate, with the right to confer doctoral and master's degrees.

Article 6 Academic qualifications and degree certificates: graduation certificates of ordinary institutions of higher learning in charge of the Ministry of Education shall be issued; Those who meet the conditions for degree granting will receive a bachelor's degree certificate from Xi International Studies University.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 7 The school shall set up an Admissions Committee, which shall be fully responsible for implementing the enrollment policies of the higher authorities, coordinating the enrollment work of the whole school, and studying and deciding on major issues in the enrollment work. The Admissions Committee has a leading group for undergraduate enrollment, which implements the decisions of the Admissions Committee and leads the daily work of undergraduate enrollment.

Article 8 The Admissions Office is the permanent body of the Undergraduate Admissions Committee, which is specifically responsible for organizing and implementing the general undergraduate enrollment work and its related daily work.

Ninth school enrollment work by the school discipline inspection and supervision office is responsible for supervision.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 10 The school enrolls students for 3 1 province (city, autonomous region) in China. According to the actual situation of the school's talent training objectives and school conditions, considering the number of candidates in various provinces (cities, autonomous regions), the quality of students, the preparation of plans over the years and other factors, the enrollment plan is prepared by province and specialty. After being approved by the Ministry of Education, it will be announced to the public by the provincial admissions departments.

The school reserved plan does not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plan, which is used for the quality control of students and the admission of outstanding candidates. The reserved plan is collectively studied and used by the leading group for undergraduate enrollment.

Chapter IV Admission Rules

Eleventh schools in the province (city, district) under the unified organization of the admissions department, the implementation of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions department admission regulations. Based on the principles of fairness, justice and openness, we will comprehensively measure morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and select the best candidates.

Twelfth schools according to the provinces (cities, districts) announced the plan and students to enter oneself for an examination to determine the file transfer ratio. For batches that voluntarily file in sequence, the file transfer ratio shall be controlled within 120%; According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the shift ratio is controlled within 105%.

Thirteenth candidates who enjoy the national policy extra points stipulated by the admissions departments of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions shall be admitted according to the policy extra points, and the candidates shall be admitted according to the queuing order of the investment results.

Fourteenth candidates who enter the bidding file are arranged according to the principle of score priority, and there is no grade difference between the professional volunteers. When arranging majors, they are sorted from high to low according to the results of the project. The filing results are generated by the provincial admissions office in the place of origin according to the filing rules and actually presented in the electronic files of candidates received by our school (including decimal parts). In the case of the same score, the order of admission is foreign language, Chinese, mathematics and comprehensive (liberal arts comprehensive and science comprehensive) level.

Article 15 Our school has formulated admission rules according to the suggestions and requirements of implementing the new college entrance examination scheme and enrollment reform in relevant provinces.

Admission rules of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region: "Clear scores".

Admission Rules of Jiangsu Province: Candidates' scores in selected subjects must reach BB, and the ranking rule of "scores first" is adopted for admission. When the scores are the same, candidates with high scores in subjects will be given priority.

Admission Rules for Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong and Hainan Provinces: Candidates should meet the requirements of the school's professional subjects. Our school has no requirements for special majors.

Article 16 Admission rules for art majors:

Candidates from other provinces who apply for art majors in our school must take the unified examination (or joint examination) of art majors in their provinces and cities, pass the examination of professional courses, and reach the admission control score of art undergraduates. If the voluntary setting of the batch of arts in the enrollment province is implemented in parallel volunteer, the admission rules will be subject to the sorting rules determined by the enrollment department of the enrollment province. If the batch of arts is set up voluntarily in the enrollment province and not in parallel volunteer, it will be sorted according to the comprehensive score (the score of the unified examination professional course ×60%+ the score of the cultural course ×40%), and will be admitted from high score to low score. Those with the same comprehensive scores will be given priority in professional courses.

Candidates who apply for animation and visual communication design in Shaanxi Province must take the unified examination (or joint examination) of Shaanxi fine arts professional courses, and on the basis of passing the results of the college entrance examination and the unified examination professional courses, they will be admitted from high score to low score according to the professional course results. When the scores of professional courses are the same, the choice is decided according to the scores and rankings of cultural courses.

Candidates who apply for Shaanxi drama, film and television literature, radio and television director, broadcasting and hosting art majors must take the unified examination (or joint examination) of Shaanxi art majors. On the basis of passing the results of the cultural courses and professional courses in the college entrance examination, students are admitted from high to low according to the results of the cultural courses, and from high to low according to the results of the professional courses when the results of the cultural courses are the same.

Candidates who apply for the performance major in Shaanxi Province must take the school examination of the performance major in our school. On the basis of passing the results of college entrance examination and school examination, students are admitted from high score to low score according to the results of professional courses. When the scores of professional courses are the same, the choice is decided according to the scores and rankings of cultural courses.

Article 17 According to the order of batch volunteering, the school can accept non-first volunteer candidates in the case of insufficient first volunteer students, and the ranking is from high to low. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the unfinished project will also solicit volunteers.

Article 18 Others

Ratio of male to female students: There is no limit to the ratio of male to female students in all majors.

Foreign language requirements: English, linguistics, business English and translation majors only recruit English language candidates, and other majors are not limited to languages.

Physical examination standard for candidates: It shall be implemented according to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary regulations.

Freshmen's admission qualifications: After the freshmen enter the school, the school will examine the freshmen's admission qualifications. Students who fail the exam shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of enrollment work.

Chapter V Tuition and Subsidies

Article 19 Tuition and accommodation: 3,500 yuan/student/year for grammar and finance for ordinary undergraduates; 4,500 yuan/student/year for science and engineering and foreign languages; Tuition fees for art majors are charged according to the standards approved by the Ministry of Education and the competent price department of Shaanxi Province; Sino-foreign cooperative education project is 29,000 yuan/student/year; At that time, the new reply from the price department shall prevail. Article 20 Schools shall establish an incentive and subsidy system through various means, such as national scholarships, national student loans, professional scholarships, work-study programs, social special scholarships, subsidies for difficulties, tuition fee remission, and food subsidies. Open a "green channel" when new students register for school to ensure the smooth enrollment of students with financial difficulties.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Twenty-first schools never entrust any intermediary agencies or individuals to recruit students. The school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals engaged in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of the school.

Article 22 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant policies of national and provincial recruitment, the relevant policies of national and provincial recruitment shall prevail.
