1. Inspection and preparation before furnace opening: 1. (2) The oxygen lance should be flexible in lifting, the gun position indication such as oxygen blowing point, speed change point and lowest point should be accurate and flexible, the reading and indication of oxygen lance scale should be clear, and the vertical speed of oxygen lance should be sensitive and reliable. (3) Check whether the valve switch of oxygen barrel pipeline system is flexible, especially whether the flow regulating valve and quick cut-off valve are sensitive and reliable. (4) Check the pipeline system of oxygen barrel, turn on the electric valve for water supply and gas supply, and check whether the pressure, flow and temperature of oxygen, nitrogen and cooling water are normal, and it is required not to drip, leak or leak. (5) Confirm whether the oxygen lance accident emergency gun lifting device is sensitive and reliable, and it is in standby state. (6) Check whether the oxygen lance wire rope tension sensor is sensitive and reliable, and whether the display is normal. If the display is large, notify the electric tongs on duty to adjust in time. (7) Check whether the interlock control of oxygen lance lifting and traversing is reliable, and whether the interlock of oxygen lance and primary fan is reliable and normal. (8) Put down the gun and check whether the center line of the oxygen gun is aligned with the center of the nitrogen sealing seat. If there is a big deviation, immediately find maintenance personnel to readjust the oxygen gun; Check whether the gap deformation of the contact part between the nitrogen sealing plug and the nitrogen sealing seat is too large, and check whether the seal between the nitrogen sealing seat and the platform is good. If the deformation is serious, a lot of yellow smoke will be emitted, which should be dealt with immediately. (9) Check whether the nitrogen sealing pipeline of oxygen lance is unblocked, and ensure that the nitrogen sealing nitrogen pressure and flow rate are normal. (10) The oxygen lance should be watered and checked for water leakage. If there is water leakage, it should be handled by maintenance personnel immediately; Check the slag hanging on the oxygen lance. If the slag hanging is serious, clean it up in time. 2. Inspection of furnace tilting, lubrication and water cooling system: (1) It shall be confirmed that the lining masonry meets the requirements of furnace building; The seam between furnace bottom and furnace body is tight, and there is no E-shaped or V-shaped gap; The size of molten pool has been measured to be qualified. (2) Check whether the connecting pins between the furnace bottom and the furnace body are uniformly fastened and complete; Check the decline of converter baffle, and decide whether to install baffle according to the situation; Check the furnace body support device to see if the furnace body swings or shakes; Check whether there is any welding or falling off of the furnace body support limit device, and notify the workshop for treatment in time when problems are found. (3) Check whether the connection of each part of the suspension reducer is reliable; Check whether the brake shoe spacing of the four brakes is uniform and consistent, and whether the braking is reliable; Check whether the torsion bar device is well lubricated and flexible; Check whether the seals of the driving bearing and the traveling bearing device are good; Check whether the hinged part of the floating bearing device has deviation or swing. Check whether the four tilt motors are in good condition and can be used at the same time. If one motor is damaged, four interlocking devices can be released and three motors can be used to tilt the furnace. If two or more motors are used, tilting operation can only be carried out after motor overhaul. (4) Check the lubricating oil loop system of the frequency converter. The oil station equipment shall be in good condition, and the oil supply lubrication system shall not drip or leak oil. Check whether the oil pump works and indicates normally, whether the lubricating oil is in good condition, whether the oil circuit is unblocked, whether all kinds of safety alarm devices are complete and reliable, and whether the lubricating oil points are well lubricated. (5) Check the water-cooling components, such as furnace mouth, furnace cover and support ring. Pipe fittings shall not leak, and check whether the water inlet and outlet pipes are unblocked. Check whether the water inlet and outlet flow, pressure and temperature of the water cooling parts are normal. (6) Confirm that the interlock between furnace body, oxygen lance, movable hood and gas recovery system is normal and reliable. 3. Dust removal system and evaporative cooling system: Before converter blowing, the following conditions should be confirmed before blowing: the water supply of dust removal system is normal; The differential pressure gauge at the furnace mouth can adjust the opening of two texts normally; The fan has been running at low speed; The three-way valve can be opened and closed flexibly; Circulating water runs normally, one or two sprays are atomized well, temperature, flow and pressure are displayed normally, steam drum water supply is in the middle position, and valves such as safety valves can be used normally; All pipes are waterproof; The temperature and pressure gauge are in normal condition. In front of the furnace, it should also be confirmed whether the flue and hood are leaking, whether the leakage is serious and whether it affects converter smelting. If there is, it can only be smelted after treatment. Before converter blowing, the gasification team, the primary air blower room and the personnel on duty for secondary dust removal can only carry out oxygen blowing smelting operation after confirming the normal operation of the above systems and equipment.
