It is illegal for individuals to save 50 liters of gasoline. Gasoline is refined oil. Refined oil refers to gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, ethanol gasoline, biodiesel and other alternative fuels with the same use that meet the national product quality standards. The state implements a licensing system for refined oil business. Refined oil trading enterprises shall operate according to law and prohibit the following acts:

1, unlicensed, unlicensed or out of scope;

2, gas stations do not use tankers and other measuring instruments to refuel or do not use tax control devices in accordance with the provisions;

3. Using tankers that have not been verified or have exceeded the verification period or do not meet the explosion-proof requirements, changing tankers without authorization or deducting oil by other means;

4. Doping adulteration, taking fake as genuine, and shoddy;

5, the sale of state explicitly eliminated or unqualified refined oil;

6. Dealing in smuggled or illegally refined refined oil;

7, in violation of national price laws and regulations, driving up oil prices or dumping at low prices;

8. Other business activities prohibited by national laws and regulations.

Whoever, in violation of state regulations, manufactures, sells, stores, transports, mails, carries, uses, provides or disposes of explosive, toxic, radioactive and corrosive substances or infectious disease pathogens shall be detained for more than 10 days and less than 15 days; If the circumstances are minor, they shall be detained for more than five days and less than ten days.
