Property service enterprises or management units in residential areas should carry out fire prevention inspections to eliminate fire hazards; Any act that impairs the fire control safety of the public security organ shall be stopped, and those who refuse to stop shall be reported to the fire control institution of the public security organ or the public security police station in time.

in residential areas without entrusted property services or management units, community residents' committees and public security police stations should strengthen fire safety guidance and coordination.

article 38 public transport vehicles shall be equipped with fire-fighting facilities and equipment such as fire safety protection systems in accordance with regulations and keep them intact and effective.

urban rail transit operating units shall set up professional fire-fighting and rescue equipment and evacuation facilities suitable for the fire safety of urban rail transit, and establish a fire safety management system for key parts.

tunnels, expressways and large and medium-sized bridges should be equipped with necessary facilities and equipment for fire prevention, fire fighting and emergency rescue.

Article 43 To apply for the qualification of a fire-fighting technical service institution, a written application shall be submitted to the fire-fighting institution of the provincial public security organ, and the following materials shall be submitted:

(1) the legal person qualification certificate and the identity certificate of the legal representative;

(2) list of facilities and equipment required for engaging in fire fighting technical services and proof of property rights;

(3) proof of property rights of the office and the testing and monitoring site of the fire department;

(4) professional and technical personnel's identity certificate, professional title certificate and professional qualification certificate, personnel list and labor contract;

(5) enterprise management rules and regulations and documents on quality assurance system of fire control technical services.

after accepting the qualification application of the fire technical service institution, the fire control institution of the provincial public security organ shall review, conduct on-the-spot verification and organize review of the application within 2 working days. the people's government that receives the report shall make a written decision within ten working days from the date of receiving the report, and timely organize relevant departments and units to take measures to eliminate hidden dangers.
