Brief introduction of coal mine belt conveyor

Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of coal mine belt conveyor. The coal mine is delivered from the hopper by 1# belt, 2# belt and 3# belt. Electromagnetic valve M0 controls the hopper to supply coal to 1# belt, and 1# belt, 2# belt and 3# belt are driven by motors M 1 and M2 respectively. Initial state: the hopper, 1# conveyor belt and 3# conveyor belt are all closed.

Start-up operation: in order to avoid the accumulation of materials on the previous conveyor belt, it is required to start in a certain time interval sequence against the direction of material transportation. The steps are as follows: 3# belt delay 5s-2 # belt delay 5s- 1 # belt delay 5s- hopper.

Stop running: when stopping, in order not to leave excess materials on the conveyor belt, the direction of material flow is required to stop within a certain time interval. The operation is as follows: hopper-delay 10s- 1 # belt-delay 10s-2 # belt-delay 10s-3 # belt.

Fault stop: during operation, if 1# belt is overloaded, the hopper and 1# belt should be closed at the same time, and others should be stopped in normal stop order. If the 2# belt is overloaded, stop the hopper, 1# belt and 2# belt at the same time, and stop other belts in turn. If the 3# belt is overloaded, stop the hopper and all motors at the same time.

Relay-contactor control system of belt conveyor

1) In order to control the coal mine belt conveyor, relay control was used before, and the control circuit diagram is shown in Figure 3, which realizes the reverse sequence start. Sequence stop and overload protection function.

2) The system also designed an overload alarm system. During normal operation, the red indicator lights up, stops normally, and the work indicator lights out. When the motor is overloaded, the normally open contact of FR is closed, the pulse power supply is turned on, and the red indicator light is lit. It shows that the motor is overloaded, and it is recommended to carry out maintenance, which provides effective help for the operator to troubleshoot.
