2. Provide diverse and high-quality samples as much as possible.

Impressionism, abstract painting, realistic painting, master works and even installation works … don't be limited to one style. Before the child starts painting, let him see as much as possible, understand different painting expressions, and find his favorite painting language and expression. Try to choose works with high artistic level.

3. Let children have the right to choose their own templates.

Children often have their own opinions and preferences, and they should be allowed to choose their own models, not the single choice of teachers. And guide the children to take the initiative to say the reasons for their choice and the purpose of their copying.

4, don't draw exactly the same.

Remember, copying is not the same as drawing a model! How can it be called art if it is painted exactly the same? Of course, different people will have different ways of understanding and expression, and the degree of application of materials is also different. Don't expect children to draw exactly like models.
