China helped Vietnam win the Vietnam War, but why didn't Vietnam history books mention anything about it?

In ancient China, there was a saying that "a drop of water pays off when a spring pours", which is the most basic morality, especially as a country. For the country, it will never forget that the country that gives itself the greatest help in times of crisis is the most basic national bottom line. It is precisely because of this that there is friendship between countries. Russia, which helped Syria in times of crisis, has become the most grateful country in Syria. But sometimes this is not the case at all. The most typical Vietnam War is that China tightened its belt to help Vietnam and finally helped it win the Vietnam War. But why is Vietnam's history books not mentioned at all? In fact, the reason is very simple, mainly three points.

After World War II, France made a comeback and tried to occupy Vietnam again, but it was defeated by Vietnam. Since then, the United States followed the footsteps of France, followed by invading Vietnam, and invested huge manpower and material resources to occupy Vietnam, opening a 2-year Vietnam war model. For Vietnam at that time, after a hundred years of colonization and war, the country was down and out, penniless, and even had no weapons.

The United States, on the other hand, is hundreds of thousands of troops, armed to the teeth with heavily armed weapons. Moreover, all kinds of fighters, missiles, tanks, artillery and so on are constantly tilting, and they have a steady stream of financial and material support. Even America's allies at that time, South Korea and other countries, sent troops to support them ... So basically for Vietnam, it was a state in which Mount Tai was the top of the mountain and the whole power was completely out of proportion.

So if there is a normal confrontation, the whole Vietnam, which is not an American opponent at all, will be wiped out and occupied in minutes. Once this happens, the consequences will be too serious. Vietnam may become a country and be directly destroyed and occupied by the United States. At this critical moment, China, which was very poor at that time, tightened its belt to help Vietnam, and vigorously assisted Vietnam with food, materials and a large number of weapons, which were continuously transported to Vietnam.

During the whole 2 years, China has tightened its belt to help for 2 years. It can be said that Vietnam was able to hold on to the end, and finally won the Vietnam War and defeated the United States. The most crucial reason was China's assistance and support. It can be said that this was a life-saving grace. How many materials and weapons did China aid at that time? As many as tens of billions, even these materials and weapons were used by Vietnam against China during the Vietnam War.

Therefore, our country is a benefactor of Vietnam. If the dripping kindness is reciprocated, then we can't repay this re-created kindness too much. However, China's assistance, on the contrary, Vietnam not only turned its gun on itself, but also made no mention of China's assistance to the Vietnam War in Vietnamese history books. Why? In fact, the reason is very simple, mainly three points.

many small countries, with the help of other countries, will basically ignore foreign help and support and exaggerate their role after winning the war or gaining national independence. In doing so, it is mainly to show its strength and ruling legitimacy. If even foreign enemies can't handle it and need help, then the legitimacy of * * * will inevitably be questioned. Therefore, for Vietnam, in order to show its greatness and legitimacy, * * will inevitably attribute the credit for the war to its own strength and will not mention the country that helped it.

second, the fear of history.

Vietnam's history books not only say nothing about China's contribution, but also constantly publicize China's invasion in history, regarding China as the greatest threat and emphasizing the invasion of Vietnam by the ancient Central Plains Dynasty. Therefore, the whole country is opposed to China. In this case, Vietnam will naturally not write about China's contributions, but will only write about China's invasion of Vietnam.

third, the resentment in reality.

After the Vietnam War, Vietnam directly followed the Soviet Union. At that time, China and the Soviet Union became enemies. For this reason, Vietnam went further and further away from China. Even in 1979, the war against Vietnam broke out, and there was a lot of hatred. More directly, because of the provocation of the Soviet Union, Vietnam has constantly made bad friends with China, and there are also contradictions in territory and islands. Basically, Vietnam has turned a blind eye to China's help, remembering only the disadvantages of China, but not the benefits. So even if our country tightens its belt to help Vietnam, they won't remember it or say anything.
