The estimated investment is 8.86 billion yuan, which will be connected with the existing Liu Zhonghe Blue Ocean Expressway. It is the longest span cable-stayed bridge in northwest China and the first expressway cable-stayed bridge in our province. From bridge site selection to bridge type selection to bridge design, only three schemes are made: route and bridge location. After careful comparison and repeated research, the design scheme of long-span cable-stayed bridge with small scale, low cost, good vertical and vertical indexes and strong seismic performance is finally recommended. This bridge is the largest cable-stayed bridge in northwest China and the longest span in China's 8-degree earthquake zone.

The designed ramp has a total length of12km, a bridge deck of more than 50,000 square meters, a pier height of more than 40m and an area of 770.9 1 mu.
