Article 62 stipulates that temporary parking of vehicles outside the parking lot must comply with the following provisions:

(1) Keep driving on the right side of the road. Drivers are not allowed to leave the vehicle. If traffic is blocked, they must leave quickly.

(2) Before the vehicle stops, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off people, and it is not allowed to hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians when opening the door;
