How to clean and maintain photovoltaic modules

Keep the lighting surface of the module clean. If there is dust, clean it with a clean wire duster. If the dirt can't be cleaned, it can be washed with clear water, and then dried with a dry sea rag. Do not use corrosive solvents for cleaning. If there is snow, clean it in time: when cleaning the photovoltaic module, the irradiance should be less than 200W/m2, and it is not advisable to use liquid with large temperature difference with the module. The wiring parts of the components are all equipped with professional connectors, and the protection level is IP65. Electrical equipment is also protected by air switch, so there is no danger of electric shock.

In order to avoid electric shock injury to human body and possible damage to the module under high temperature and strong light, it is recommended to clean the module in the morning or late afternoon. It is suggested to use soft brush and mild water to clean the glass surface of photovoltaic module, and the cleaning force should be small to avoid damaging the glass surface. For components with coated glass, care should be taken to avoid damaging the coated layer.
