Article 7 Fund raising

(1) Hope that the fundraising activities of engineering students must follow the principles of legality and voluntariness.

(2) Hope that the donation standard for engineering students will be determined by the China Youth Foundation and announced to the public, and hope that the licensee of engineering service trademark can refer to it. For donors who donate a large amount and have a long-term willingness to donate, a special fund named after the name designated by the donor may be established. The funding methods and standards of the special fund for student financial assistance can be determined separately according to these rules.

(three) to accept donations, you must go through the donation procedures and issue a unified public welfare donation bill printed by the financial department. Donors can apply for tax exemption with this bill.
