Hepai Village is located in the north of Changxiao Town, adjacent to Huangshikeng Village in the east, Shaping Village in the south, Huangkeng Village in the west and Lushui Village in Tian Li Township in the north. The village covers an area of 22.5 square kilometers, with cultivated land area 1 178 mu and forest land area 10540 mu. There are five villagers' groups in the village, consisting of Lianjiang, Xinjian, Changfeng, Tongjiakeng and Hepai Natural Villages. Hepai Village mainly grows rice, flue-cured tobacco, tea and sweet potato, and exports labor services.

Hepai Village is adjacent to Huangkeng Village, Shaping Village, Hekeng Village, Changxiao Village, Huangshikeng Village, Xiaxie cun Village, Qiankeng Village, Jiangfang Village, Liukeng Village and Xiaoxi Community.

On February 20, 20021year, the list of provincial civilized villages and towns in Fujian Province was released on February 20, 20 18-2020, and Hepai Village was on the list.
