Enterprise Development of Catalyst Factory of China Petroleum Lanzhou Petrochemical Company

In the new era, the catalyst factory continues to adhere to the road of independent innovation. Under the guidance of the production management concept of "challenging the limit of production management and seeking benefits from refined management", nearly 100 major technological transformations and new product development have been implemented. The boldness and strength of technological innovation are second to none in the same industry in China, and it has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award twice. Its all-white clay catalyst process production line is the only one in China and only two in the world, which has a unique position in the industry. Its products LCS-7, LV-23, Rank -98, LRC-99, LBO- 12, LBO- 16 and LVR-60 have won the Science and Technology Progress Award of China Petrochemical Corporation and the Technology Progress and Innovation Award of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation for many times. LBO series olefin reduction catalysts won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress for their great social and economic benefits. In order to meet the needs of users to increase propylene production, the catalyst factory has carefully developed LCC series catalysts for increasing propylene production. The propylene yield is above 1 1%, and the octane number of gasoline is high, which greatly improves the economic benefits of users.

Driven by science and technology, the main technological level and key tooling and equipment capacity of the catalyst plant have reached the world advanced level, and the annual comprehensive production capacity of mainstream products has reached 50,000 tons.
