Fifty-five patients with severe mental disorder with poor compliance, weak monitoring and unstable condition were selected from 9 townships in shishi city. Long-acting injections once a month were evaluated by specialists after half a year, and they were changed to long-acting injections once every three months, so as to improve patients' medication compliance, reduce patients' recurrence and try their best to solve the treatment and management problems of patients with severe mental disorders. Eligible patients using long-acting injections of drug costs and necessary inspection costs, in addition to the medical insurance fund in accordance with the provisions of the bear, the rest of the out-of-pocket part by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation subsidy funds to be guaranteed.
