Legal analysis: 1. The post requirements of village people's congress deputies are: 1, China citizen; 2. At least 18 years old; 3. Not deprived of political rights by law; 4. College degree or above; 5. Have good organizational skills.

Legal basis: Law of the People's Republic of China on Deputies to the National People's Congress and Local People's Congresses at Various Levels.

Article 1 This Law is formulated in accordance with the Constitution in order to ensure that deputies to the National People's Congress and local people's congresses at various levels exercise their functions and powers, perform their duties and play a representative role according to law.

Article 2 Deputies to the National People's Congress and local people's congresses at various levels shall be elected according to law.

Article 4 Representatives shall perform the following obligations:

(1) Abide by the Constitution and laws, keep state secrets, and assist in the implementation of the Constitution and laws in production, work and social activities; (two) to attend the meeting of the people's congress at the corresponding level on time, carefully consider the proposals, reports and other issues, express their opinions, and do a good job in all the work during the meeting; (3) Actively participate in the unified organization's inspection, special investigation, law enforcement inspection and other performance activities; (4) Strengthen performance research and investigation. Continuously improve the ability of representatives to perform their duties; (five) close contact with the voters and the people in the original electoral district or the original electoral unit, listen to and reflect their opinions and demands, and strive to serve the people; (six) consciously abide by social morality, honesty and self-discipline, fairness and decency, diligence and responsibility; (seven) other obligations stipulated by law.
