The structure of evaporative environmental protection air conditioner air cooler is mainly composed of chassis, column, top cover, evaporative wet curtain, fan (motor and blades), water distributor and six parts (electronic control motherboard, operation panel, water pump, water inlet valve, water level and drain valve).

It can be seen from the structure and cooling schematic diagram of evaporative environmental protection air conditioner air cooler that when the evaporative air cooler unit works, the water in the chassis is first pumped to the water distributor by the water pump, and then the water distributor evenly distributes the water to the top of the evaporative wet curtain. The water immediately wets the contact area of the whole evaporation wet curtain and finally returns to the chassis. When the fan is working, fresh air is forced to pass through the evaporation wet curtain, and the water on the surface of the wet curtain evaporates to absorb the heat in the air. At this time, the cold air sent from the unit is humidified and cooled fresh cold air.
