2. Introduce "two indicators" to improve the quality level of xx cups. At the same time, the Association has set up an inspection team, which makes it clear that the key points of inspection are: projects with national awards, projects with weaknesses in one aspect, projects declared by enterprises for the first time, projects with disputes or complaints, and projects in remote areas that need help, and the inspection ratio is about 1%. In 2xx, in order to better meet the needs of enterprises due to the tight construction period and great difficulty in creating excellence, we inspected the International Pavilion and Life Experience Pavilion project of Yanqing World Garden Expo, which was constructed by Construction Engineering Wujian and Urban Construction Group, and put forward suggestions on project quality management to guide enterprises to create national awards. It also focused on inspecting some controversial projects and drawing conclusions on controversial issues.

5. Strengthen the self-construction of the association and the construction of the team of experts to achieve new results

1. Standardize the charging behavior. According to the spirit of the Civil Affairs Bureau on regulating the charging behavior of trade associations and chambers of commerce, with the vote of the general meeting of members, the association began to implement the new "Management Measures for Payment of Membership Fees" in 2xx, which raised the standard of membership fees and put an end to all fees related to evaluation and awards. This adjustment not only ensures the daily expenses of the association, but also enables the association to successfully pass the previous inspections of fees carried out by the civil affairs system and the Municipal Housing Construction Committee.

2. The structure of the expert team has been improved. 4. The service purchase project was successfully completed.
