Hazards of setting off fireworks and firecrackers:

When the smoke is filled, these gases have a certain damage to all parts of our human body and also have a stimulating effect on our eyes;

2. Noise pollution. The explosion of fireworks and firecrackers on New Year's Eve is continuous, and it is often difficult for noisy people to sleep on the eve of the 3 th. The noise in the area where firecrackers are set off is as high as 135 decibels, far exceeding people's hearing range and tolerance limit. At night, the noise that people can accept should not exceed 45 decibels, which is equivalent to the sound of frogs;

3. It is a sign of lack of social morality. A hundred people listen to one person shooting, and one family is uneasy about shooting, which is very bad for children and the elderly. Make people form a bad habit of thinking only about themselves and not caring about others, and thus have a weak sense of public morality;

4. Waste resources and pollute the environment. Set off precious resources, paper and chemical raw materials (including the pollution caused by the production of these raw materials), so that the streets are full of wolves, and people will develop irresponsible habits after they are released.

Article 24 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishment

Anyone who commits one of the following acts and disturbs the order of large-scale mass activities such as culture and sports shall be given a warning or fined below 2 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for not less than 5 days but not more than 1 days, and may also be fined as follows by 5 yuan: < P > (1) forcibly entering the venue;

(2) setting off fireworks or other items in the venue in violation of regulations;

(3) displaying insulting slogans, banners and other items;

(4) besieging referees, athletes or other staff members;

(5) throwing sundries at the venue and refusing to stop them;

(6) other acts that disrupt the order of large-scale mass activities.

Those who are punished by detention for disturbing the order of sports competitions can be ordered not to enter sports venues to watch similar competitions for 12 months; Those who enter sports venues in violation of regulations are forcibly taken away from the scene.
