What is the service standard of Yancheng property grade?

Yancheng property grade service standard is divided into three grades, one, two and three, and each grade has corresponding service content and quality requirements. First-class property services include the following:

1. Customer service place: set up an independent customer service front desk with corresponding office furniture and equipment;

2. Security personnel: according to the characteristics and requirements of the service area, set up 24-hour security personnel patrol service;

3. Implement equipment maintenance: maintain the equipment and facilities in public areas to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;

4. Cleaning: Clean public areas regularly to keep the environment clean and tidy;

Greening: Greening public areas and improving the environmental quality of residential areas;

5. Fire safety: establish a fire safety system, equip with fire-fighting equipment, and conduct regular fire drills.

In addition to the contents of the first-class property services, the second-class property services also include the following contents:

If the realty service enterprise fails to fulfill the stipulations of the realty service contract, causing personal and property safety damage to the owner, it shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law. " Therefore, the realty service enterprise shall provide corresponding services in accordance with the contract and ensure the service quality meets the requirements, otherwise it will bear corresponding legal responsibilities. At the same time, the "Regulations" also stipulates: "Property service charges should follow the principles of reasonableness, openness and adaptability of charges to service levels." Therefore, property service enterprises should set reasonable prices according to the service content and quality, and make public the charging standards to ensure that the fees meet the service level.
