Shanxi Shenchi Photovoltaic Power Generation Policy

During 20 14-2020, two photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects will be launched:

1. distributed photovoltaic poverty alleviation: install distributed photovoltaic by increasing poor households and poor counties in the county;

2. Photovoltaic agriculture to help the poor: use barren hills and slopes in poverty-stricken areas, agricultural greenhouses or facility agriculture to build photovoltaic power stations;

Taiyuan City: loufan county

Datong City: Tianzhen County, Lingqiu County, Yanggao County, Guangling County and Hunyuan City.

Shuozhou City: Youyu County

Changzhi City: Pingshun County, Wuxiang County and Huguan County.

Xinzhou City: Shenchi, Wuzhai, Wutai, Pianguan, Jingle, Fan Shi, Hequ, Baode, kelan county, Daixian and ningwu county.

Jinzhong City: heshun county and Zuoquan County.

Linfen City: Daning County, Yonghe County, Xixian County, Fenxi County and Jixian County.

Yuncheng City: Pinglu County

Lvliang: Jiaokou, Linxian, fangshan county, Lanxian, shilou county and Xingxian.

Integrate poverty alleviation policies and distributed photovoltaic policies, and support photovoltaic poverty alleviation through government subsidies, farmers' investment, bank concessions, renewable energy funds, power grid services and other forms. In addition to defining government subsidies such as the national poverty alleviation fund, it is also possible to introduce social funds to carry out cooperative development of various business models.
