Reusable materials such as steel bars and iron wires should be used well, and the intercepted steel bars should be measured well. It is not allowed to use less because of more cutting. The required short steel bars shall be cut from the waste steel bars. Materials such as steel bars that cannot be used should be stored centrally and handled by the company.

(2) Save business expenses and reception expenses, arrange activities that really need to be held in line with the principle of economy and efficiency, reduce costs, and strictly prohibit extravagance and waste such as emphasizing form and ostentation. Business reception should adhere to the principle of enthusiasm, thoughtfulness and frugality, strictly control reception standards, control the number of people accompanying meals, avoid eating more meals with fewer guests, and recover materials, alcohol and tobacco in time.
