1. Restaurants, hotels and other business catering units in the county will stop eating in class from now on, and can provide self-help and take-away ordering services. In the internal canteens of government agencies, enterprises and institutions, epidemic prevention measures such as temperature measurement and code scanning, batch and time-sharing dining are strictly implemented.

The second is to strengthen the health management of employees. Employees in catering units strictly implement the morning and afternoon check-up system, measure their body temperature, wear masks and gloves all the way to work, and urge them to do a good job of personal protection, so as to ensure that they are fully checked. Increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of business premises, facilities and equipment, and make a good registration, and kill them not less than three times a day.

Three, set up a temperature detection point at the door of the business premises, and prepare a thermometer, hand sanitizer, medical disinfectant, alcohol and other epidemic prevention materials. People entering the store must scan their health codes and travel codes, wear masks and take their temperature. People with abnormal health code and travel code and fever symptoms are prohibited from entering.

Fourth, strengthen the sense of responsibility for food safety, strictly implement the system of requesting certificates and tickets for food incoming inspection, and may not purchase and use three-no products.

The needs and requirements of the current epidemic prevention and control work, in order to do a good job in the epidemic prevention and control work in our county, and to maintain and guarantee the life safety of the people in Napo County, are hereby notified as follows:

All KTV, bars, cinemas, chess rooms, internet cafes, health clubs, games and entertainment places in the county are temporarily closed, and all gathering activities are stopped in principle in townships (towns) and villages (communities), and restaurants are prohibited.
