[29] No.7), comprehensively implement the education policy, comprehensively promote quality education and promote students' all-round development, we hereby standardize school-running behavior in primary and secondary schools as follows.

first, strictly regulate the work and rest time. Primary school, junior high school and senior high school students spend no more than 6 hours, 7 hours and 8 hours in school every day. Sleep time is not less than 1 hours, 9 hours and 8 hours respectively. The time for self-study at night for resident students shall not exceed 9 minutes every day. Day students don't study at night.

second, strictly regulate the teaching time. The total teaching time in the compulsory education stage is 39 weeks per academic year, including 35 weeks of class time, 2 weeks of school maneuver time (arranged by the school according to the specific situation, such as traditional school activities, cultural festivals, sports meetings, etc.), and 2 weeks of review examination time (the review examination time for the ninth grade next semester can be increased by 2 weeks). Winter and summer vacations, national statutory holidays ***13 weeks. The total teaching time in senior high school is 41 weeks per academic year, including 4 weeks in class and 1 week in social practice. Winter and summer vacations, national legal holidays ***11 weeks. Schools are not allowed to increase or decrease teaching hours.

third, strictly implement the curriculum plan. The school should arrange the curriculum schedule according to the curriculum plan promulgated by the state and the province, and start all the courses together. No adjustment, increase or decrease of courses and class hours, catching up with the teaching progress and ending the new course ahead of schedule are allowed.

Schools should carry out sunshine sports and take measures to ensure that primary and secondary school students exercise for 1 hour every day. In primary and secondary schools, the system of large recess sports activities is fully implemented, and students are organized to carry out large recess sports activities for not less than 25 minutes every morning. Boarding schools organize students to do morning exercises and exercises every day.

5. Strictly control the amount of students' homework. There is no written homework in the first and second grades of primary school. It is strictly forbidden to publish students' test scores and rank students according to test results. VII. Strictly regulate all kinds of competitions. It is strictly forbidden to hold all kinds of subject competitions in primary schools, and it is strictly forbidden for cities and counties (districts) to hold all kinds of subject competitions for students within their jurisdiction. Without the approval of the provincial education administrative department, no department, group or school may organize students to participate in various academic competitions without authorization, and may not "promote by competition" or "sell by competition" any materials and other commodities. It is strictly forbidden for any unit or individual to organize students to participate in any commercial celebrations, opening ceremonies and other activities.

VIII. Strict management of students' books. All localities shall choose teaching books in the catalogue of teaching books for primary and secondary schools promulgated by the Provincial Department of Education every year, and shall not change the version at will without the approval of the Provincial Department of Education. It is strictly forbidden for any department, organization, school or teacher to organize students to subscribe for supplementary teaching materials and student supplies in a unified way; Teachers are not allowed to recommend supplementary materials to students or in disguised form, to assign homework with supplementary materials, or to make profits by subscribing supplementary materials.

IX. Strictly regulate enrollment behavior. In the compulsory education stage, public schools adhere to the principle of admission nearby without examination, and may not hold or hold selective examinations linked to admission in disguise, and may not link students' awards, competitions, test scores and participation in training courses such as the Olympic Games with enrollment. Ordinary high school enrollment should pay attention to the comprehensive quality evaluation results of junior high school students as an important reference for enrollment, and gradually expand the proportion of model high school enrollment indicators evenly distributed to junior high schools in the region. Strictly implement the "three limits" policy of high school enrollment.

ten, strictly regulate the behavior of arranging classes. All schools shall implement balanced class arrangement teaching, control the class size according to regulations, and the number of primary school classes shall not exceed 45; There are no more than 5 students in junior high school and senior high school classes. There are no key schools and non-key schools in the compulsory education stage, and there are no key classes and non-key classes in schools. It is strictly forbidden for schools to hold key classes in the name of extra-long classes and experimental classes, and it is strictly forbidden for schools to take students' awards, competitions and exam results as the basis for arranging classes.

Xi. It is forbidden to hold repeat classes. Ordinary senior high schools shall not occupy public educational resources to hold, participate in or hold repeat schools and classes in disguised form, shall not recruit previous senior high school graduates to repeat classes, and shall not provide teaching places and teachers for repeat classes organized by social forces.

XII. It is strictly forbidden to make up lessons in violation of regulations. The province's primary and secondary schools (including private primary and secondary schools) are not allowed to take up holidays, weekends and winter and summer vacations to organize students to make up lessons collectively or take new classes. On the premise of voluntariness and free of charge, senior three students can make up lessons in winter and summer vacations according to their teaching needs, and the time for making up lessons should not exceed one-third of the holidays. Students should not be organized to make up lessons when the weather is particularly cold. Schools shall not use holidays to hold discipline training classes, extra-long classes, Olympic Games classes, interest classes, advanced classes, etc., and shall not lease campuses and school buildings to other educational institutions to hold various training classes.

XIII. Strictly regulate school restructuring. Effectively safeguard public education resources. No unit or individual may change or change the nature of public schools in disguise. Public schools shall not be sold or transferred. Primary and secondary schools and kindergartens have completely stopped reviewing and approving new restructured schools. In the stage of compulsory education, the original restructured schools should be carefully cleaned up and standardized, and the nature of running schools should be clearly defined. No more forms of running schools such as "state-owned private schools", "public-run private schools" and "private-run schools" should be implemented.

XIV. Strictly regulate teachers' behavior. Primary and secondary school teachers should strictly abide by the Ministry of Education's "Code of Professional Ethics for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" and "Eight Prohibitions on Professional Ethics for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Jiangxi Province".

XV. Strictly standardize the evaluation criteria. Local governments are not allowed to issue entrance examination indicators in any form or in any name to education departments, education administrative departments at all levels are not allowed to issue entrance examination indicators to schools, schools are not allowed to issue entrance examination indicators to class teachers, education departments, schools and teachers are not allowed to be assessed according to students' test scores, and the enrollment rate is not allowed to be used as the main criterion for evaluating, rewarding and punishing schools and teachers.
