Enterprises that have enjoyed the occupational security subsidies in 2009 and meet the following conditions may continue to apply for occupational security subsidies:

1. Enterprises facing temporary production and operation difficulties due to the international financial crisis are expected to resume production without stopping production, semi-stopping production or going bankrupt.
