Safety operation procedures for crane operators

1 The crane driver must undergo formal training, pass the examination and hold the certificate of safe operation of lifting equipment before he can work independently. Without special training and safety operation certificate, lifting equipment shall not be operated alone.

Before driving, the crane should be thoroughly and carefully inspected. All operating components, electrical components and protective safety devices must be in good condition and reliable. If the main accessories such as controller, brake, limiter, electric bell and emergency switch are out of order, lifting is strictly prohibited.

The crane driver must obey the ground command and immediately carry out the emergency stop signal sent by anyone.

The controller should gradually upgrade and slow down during the work, and it is not allowed to use reversing instead of braking, use limit switch instead of parking, and use emergency switch instead of ordinary switch.

5 During operation, the hoisted object should walk on the safe passage, ring the bell in advance to warn anyone, and it is forbidden to cross the hoisted object overhead. The bottom and ground of the suspended and transported objects shall not exceed1.5m.

6 when the work stops, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air. You should concentrate on your work and don't put your hands on the operating handle so that you can stop at any time.

7 In case of sudden power failure during operation, the switch handle must be set to zero, and the crane shall not be left when the lifting heavy objects are not put down. If the voltage drops, the crane should be put down and stop running.

When two cranes lift the same object, they must absolutely obey the command and keep synchronization.

9 The distance between two cranes on the same track should be more than 3M to prevent collision.

10 No one else is allowed to stay on the crane when it is running, and no one is allowed to get on or off the crane when it is working.

Crane drivers are prohibited from walking or crawling on the track.

12 the crane should be parked in a safe place during maintenance, cut off the power supply and put up a warning sign of "No Closing". Fences should be set up on the ground or special personnel should be on duty safely, and other personnel are prohibited from passing.

13 crane drivers must do ten things carefully:

13. 1 overload is too high, don't lift it.

13.2 command signal is unclear, light is dim, or two or more people command at the same time without giving a lift.

13.3 the lifting objects and accessories are not firmly bound, the lifting tools do not meet the safety requirements, or other lifting tools such as rubber bands and V-belts are not used for lifting.

13.4 directly hang the store on the hook, or directly process it without hanging it.

13.5 Don't hang things that are cable-stayed or buried underground.

13.6 There are people standing on the workpiece, or there are floating animals on the workpiece. Don't hang up.

13.7 inflammable and explosive articles such as oxygen cylinders and acetylene generators are not hoisted.

13.8 The wire rope is too short to be pulled straight, and the included angle is greater than 60, so don't hang it.

13.9 objects with sharp edges and corners shall not be lifted before being padded.

13. 10 charged mechanical objects shall be turned over on the machine tool and shall not be hung.

14 after the work, the crane should stop at the specified position, lift the hook, stop the trolley at one end, stop the joysticks at zero position and cut off the power supply.

15 cranes working in the open air should stop working in case of strong winds of magnitude 6 or above. After the completion of the open-air crane, the crane fixing device should be added, and inclined iron should be laid on the four wheels.

16 in case of personal and equipment accidents, protect the site and report to the relevant departments in time.

17 The operation procedure of outdoor gantry crane is the same.
