Teachers are called engineers of the human soul. To mold students' souls, teachers must first mold their own souls. First, the reasons for the anomie of teachers' morality and style:

1, affected by social bad factors. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, people's quality of life has been continuously improved. We should be soberly aware that the mainstream of reform is good, but the reform will inevitably be full of mud and sand, with negative and negative social deposits, which will infiltrate our citizens' ideology and culture in various ways. Under the influence of various bad factors, a few teachers have low immunity, which leads to their spiritual emptiness and desire expansion.

2. There are blind spots in school management, which are manifested in four aspects: (1) attaching importance to wisdom and neglecting morality. Some schools still only pay attention to teaching quality, but ignore ideological and moral construction. (2) We can't adhere to the management system of teachers' morality and style. (3) tolerate teachers who violate discipline. Some schools know that individual teachers have corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguised form, and do not criticize education in time and strictly punish according to the system. (4) The evaluation of teachers' morality is fraudulent. When individual schools evaluate teachers' professional ethics, everyone is good, satisfied and gets full marks.

3. Teachers ignore learning, reflection and self-cultivation. Some teachers are short-sighted, self-righteous, unable to see the situation clearly, their thoughts and beliefs are shaken, their teaching behavior is declining, and even illegal behaviors appear. Mainly manifested in the following four aspects: (1) psychological imbalance. Due to the lack of study, I can't resist the temptation, resulting in psychological distortion and imbalance, and my values and professional outlook have been forgotten. (2) Small viewing section. Some teachers talk too much, do too little, plan too much, implement too little, talk too much about objective difficulties, say too little about subjective reasons, talk too much about macro issues and say too little about specific details. (3) work is not dedicated. Some teachers "focus on business at school", devote themselves to the second occupation wholeheartedly, and do so-so in education; Some teachers are poor in knowledge and outdated in teaching methods, misleading children. (4) Weak legal awareness. Some teachers do not seriously study relevant laws and regulations and professional ethics requirements, do not respect students' personality and human rights, and corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguised form; Some teachers participate in social gambling, which seriously damages the image of teachers.

In modern life, we should also consider that teachers are first and foremost human beings, and also meet their physical, psychological and material needs. We should dilute those high-pressure policies, pay more attention to humanities, solve teachers' worries and let teachers work happily and actively. Five, pay attention to guide teachers to correctly handle the following "several relationships" in the process of building teachers' morality.

5. Instruct teachers to handle the relationship with students' parents and neighbors. As a teacher, you can't just set a good example on campus. Teachers should be the embodiment of beauty. Therefore, we should unite and help students' parents and neighbors, but we should not be selfish, covet petty advantages and use parents for personal gain.
