The 2018 Suzhou Taihu International Marathon will start this weekend! Contestants, I believe some of you have already rushed to the scene! 1. Sign the "Participation Statement"

Contestants who have successfully registered must sign the "Participation Statement" at the site where they receive the competition items before proceeding. Pick up items on site.

2. Collect items on site

Contestants must bring their ID cards to collect items, and they can use the fast track to print out the voucher to collect items. Contestants must ensure that the identity documents submitted are true and valid. The event organizing committee has the right not to issue competition items to contestants who do not meet the qualifications or provide false information, and will not refund the registration fee.

If a contestant encounters special circumstances and needs someone else to collect the competition items on his or her behalf, the materials required are: the original identity card of the contestant, a copy of the identity card of the representative, and both the contestant and the representative** *With signed authorization letter. If the above information is complete, you can check and print the receipt through the manual channel. If the person collecting the ticket cannot provide the original ID card of the person being collected, please consult the staff at the manual channel.

Team collection:

Team leaders who need team collection are requested to contact the organizing committee before November 12, 2018. The team must collect all the team's competition items at one time. Collection in batches and partial collection are prohibited. The team leader must bring a printed list of team pick-up personnel (including information: team name, contestant name, ID number, and participation number (optional)) on the day of collecting the items. Teams that do not contact the organizing committee in advance will not be accepted to collect the items. Participants are required to go to the Green Treasure Plaza to collect the items.

For runners who fail to submit relevant materials in accordance with the above regulations, the organizing committee has the right to refuse to issue entry items 4. Collection process

1. The peak period for collecting entry items is on the last day. In order to avoid unnecessary waiting in queues, contestants are hereby reminded to prepare relevant receipt certificates and go to pick up personal entry items at staggered times.

2. The size of the participating vests will be selected on-site and distributed on-site; due to the limited quantity of some sizes, the organizing committee will distribute certain sizes of participating T-shirts on average in the morning and afternoon on the distribution day.
