Do Song Gaozong and Qin Gui have anything in common when they were in Jin Ying?

Zhao Gou has never been to Jinying. In the first year of Jingkang (A.D. 1 126), he was ordered by Qin Zong to go to the State of Jin to make peace with Wang Yun. When passing through Cizhou (now Cixian County, Hebei Province), the state official Zong Ze tried to dissuade him, and the people stopped his horse from going north. Zhao Gou was afraid of being detained by Xu Jinguo, so he stayed in Xiangzhou (now Anyang County, Henan Province) and called himself Marshal of Hebei Military Forces. In the second year of Jingkang (A.D. 1 127), the Jin army captured Bianjing and the Northern Song Dynasty perished. Zhao Gou acceded to the throne in Yingtianfu (now south of Shangqiu County, Henan Province) in Nanjing, and changed his name to "make suggestions".
