In order to master the physical quality of all kinds of raw materials and furnace charges that enter the factory every day, I insist on going deep into the sample preparation room, flatbed car, alloy warehouse, sintering yard, lime kiln and scrap steel site every day, and collecting first-hand information on the spot when I find any abnormality. Not only did I understand and master the inspection rules, standards and procedures of more than 40 kinds of incoming raw materials and charges, especially the identification of abnormal quality, but I also used my spare time to organize the relevant rules, standards and procedures into 19 charts, one for each class, which is convenient for employees to study and check. According to the characteristics of entering the factory, the "raw material inspection policy, quality inspection spirit, three guarantees for entering the factory and related safety slogans" were made into signs and posted in relevant teams and conference rooms, which improved the humanistic culture and cultural atmosphere of the station.

In view of the uneven quality of the station staff, and the frequent turnover of more than 2-3 times 15 in XX years, I organized the staff to seriously implement the post standard procedures according to my own practice and work experience, and added scrap steel 150 in February, May, September,165438+1October this year. Forecast and pre-control in advance

In view of the large number of miscellaneous materials households this year, the station revised and developed the rapid analysis curves of iron grade of 28 households for many times, and strengthened the internal quality changes of abnormal materials such as 3-5 model car spot check system, layered sub-packaging and mine burial for all new suppliers. First, rapid analysis and monitoring of tte, S and sio2 _ 2 will play a positive role in guiding normal inspection, which is as predictable as safety work.

2.6. Strengthen the management and detection and comparison of water samples of refined powder.

In order to reduce the moisture loss of refined powder, the new sampling reform adopted new measures, such as "covering sample barrels with plastic bags, banning electric fans in contraction links, and increasing bottom samples in all links to keep water for future reference", and strengthening 30% manual and instrument comparison every day. Taking advantage of the shutdown in early June, 240 groups of a/b instruments were carefully calibrated and compared with artificial moisture and national standard method to ensure the accuracy of moisture content and determination of refined powder. The management of moisture measuring personnel used to be operated by three fixed squad leaders, but now it is randomly measured by eight people, excluding the influence of human factors.

2.7. Improve all kinds of accounts and use statistical techniques to guide inspection.

In order to strengthen the management of basic data and give full play to the role of statistical technology, the following five basic management accounts have been improved and added this year: electronic account for complete analysis of refined powder, account for comparison of moisture meter determination and manual work, account for analysis and test of iron grade, account for comparison of refined powder platform and stack inspection, and account for comparison of grade difference between incoming and sintering use every month. Using statistical techniques to draw histograms or line charts, we can find out the rules of grade or various error fluctuations, which can guide inspection work, constantly reform sampling methods and lay the foundation for reducing grade differences.

2.8. Implement integrated post management to eliminate human factors.

In order to reduce the influence of human factors as much as possible, the personnel in the fine powder post were integrated and managed from May of XX, and the previous "9 people on the fine powder platform were divided into three shifts to take platform samples, and the squad leader specialized in making water" was reformed. This year, I boldly reformed the principle of paying equal attention to rewards and punishments, giving personal rewards to effective and good suggestions, making minor changes to sampling methods, controlling the quality of abnormal materials and outstanding achievements, and conducting business trip assessment, so that everyone in the current system is equal, and all assessments are made public at the whole station every month, improving the enthusiasm and responsibility of employees.

3. Take nine measures ... strictly control the quality of incoming scrap steel.

With the organizational reform of the company, the scrap inspection business was merged into the raw material station in April. In order to do a good job in scrap steel inspection, I started with strengthening the system and drafted the Rules for Inspection of Scrap Steel in Purchase and the Management Measures and Inspection Rules for Inspection of Scrap Steel in Purchase according to the Inspection Standards for Scrap Steel in Purchase. According to the characteristics of post inspection, "eight systems of internal spot check and assessment of scrap steel inspection have been put into trial operation", which makes scrap steel inspection have laws to follow and rules to follow, and those who violate the law will be investigated; In order to make the scrap steel inspection more representative, under the organization of the minister, I went to Tiantie, Angang and other units to learn from the experience, making the scrap steel inspection system more scientific and operable.
