The overload standard for freight elevators is that the elevator overload cannot be greater than 10 times the rated load.

For example, an elevator with a tonnage of 1,000kg can carry about 13 people; an elevator with a tonnage of 800kg can carry about 10 people (theoretically in the elevator industry, 75kg is regarded as the weight of one person).

Several regulations on the management of freight elevators:

1. Set up full-time personnel to be responsible for the management, inspection, maintenance and repair of freight elevators. Other personnel are not allowed to repair without authorization. Otherwise, any damage caused must be done. bear full responsibility for all consequences.

2. Freight elevator operators (assigned by the production department) must operate in accordance with the requirements of the "Elevator Maintenance and Repair Instructions" and "Freight Elevator Safety Operating Procedures". They are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization during work, violating this regulation The fine is 10 yuan each time.

3. Except for elevator operation professionals, no one else is allowed to start the machine at will. Violators will be fined 30 yuan each time.

4. When the night shift requires the use of a freight elevator, the production department should be notified before get off work to arrange for a freight elevator operator to arrive at work. Anyone who violates this provision will be fined 30 yuan.

5. The placement of goods should be stable and balanced to ensure that they do not tip over during operation, and should be placed in the middle of the ladder car as much as possible to avoid excessive concentration of the load.

6. It is strictly forbidden to carry people on freight elevators. If the freight elevator operator fails to stop people riding the freight elevator, he or she will be fined 30 yuan each time. If the operator refuses to stop and insists on taking the freight elevator, he or she will be fined 50 yuan each time.

7. Keep the elevator compartment hygienic. For those who refuse to listen to dissuasion that hinder the hygiene of the elevator compartment, the freight elevator operator may report it to the production department and transfer it to the office to impose a fine of 30 yuan on the relevant personnel.

8. The production department has the right to report the above violations to the responsible person for punishment.
